Body building session tempo style- I’m a big fan of tempo these days.
Quick, effective and great 🔥
All of these movements done as
💥10 reps
💥2 sec down
💥2 sec up
That should take 40 sec then you have 40 sec off and start over again for
💥4 sets total.
On the movements you only use one arm at a time the rest is spent on the other arm ;)
1-2 min break before you go to the next movement
Bicep curl - bench press - bent over row - shoulder press - skull crushers
