Here is a 24 minute workout that will make you sweat!

5 round x AMRAP (as many reps as possible) on 4 mins with 1 min rest between sets.

60 double unders (skipping rope going around twice before feet hitting ground)
20 jumping lunges
Macho Man which is 3 x clean pull 3x front squats and 3 x push press (I did it with 9kg db)

1 minute rest when you finish 4 mins then repeat for 5 rounds!

I filmed my last two rounds and even though I was really hurting this was the best skipping I could do for all my sets!
