Yes you heard it right. The first challenge I faced during lockdown was no access to the gym. We can perform HIIT and other cardio workouts, but what about strength training?

After struggling for almost a month, I figured out that these five exercises worked for me.
Since many of you asked me this question, hence here are my favourite upper body exercises. 💕
1️⃣ Hindu push-ups ( 5 slow reps x 3 sets)
2️⃣ Plank shoulder taps ( 10 each side x 3 sets)
3️⃣ Side push ups ( 10 each side x 3 sets)
4️⃣ Pike push ups (8 reps x 3 sets)
5️⃣ Tricep dips. (15 reps x 3 sets)
TOTAL WORKOUT TIME- 20-25 MINS

All these exercises strengthen your core, arms, chest, back & shoulders. They even improve your posture and flexibility and tighten your midsection.
