Scotland is working to its own timetable so we await a directive telling us when this will be, but to help us get prepared, we wandered if we could get a little feedback as to what our loyal customers are looking for. Obviously a lot of advice seems to centre on keeping customers and staff ‘safe’ and ‘distanced’ but wondered if anyone had opinions - we don’t want everything to get too ‘sterile’ or loose the personal service we’ve become known for.
