We’ve always enjoyed a good rapport with our regular customers and want to make sure we don’t loose that with too much distancing. We are looking at introducing a new appointment system via the website. This was originally going to be aimed at Bespoke appointments and consultations, but there is a possibility that we may need to restrict the shop to only one person or household at a time - what does anyone think of this as a possibility? It should mean more time and attention paid to our most valued customers. We’re really looking forward to catching up with everyone - hopefully with a shared glass of bubbly if safety measures allow!
