sunrise, sunrise... ⛅️🌅
7 days straight of practicing dynamic meditation in the mornings and I feel like a different version of myself. The best time to practice (since it involves a lot of loud noises) is early morning before everyone is awake, so I either go to the studio or I practice in my upstairs space. I want to be done with enough time to have breakfast with Lea before she goes to school which means I have to start around 6am at the latest🙃 Because of this, I’m actually going to bed around 10 instead of staying up until midnight like the night owl I normally am and this small but major change is making me feel SO GOOD.
I love being up with the sun. I love this space to meditate and release whatever has been stuck. I love having actual quiet time (to be loud when I need to) just for me.
