I’m not willing to trade authenticity for a price and prioritizing wholeness (especially in time & energy) is no longer up for debate. I’ve needed extra time to attune and connect with my heart in the process and I have found great solace as well as needed grounding within the pages of my journal. With great change comes the need for great care starting with one’s self. It’s okay to need to extra time and have more boundaries. It’s okay to make room to breathe in between the day to day. . . .
