He was working 2 jobs as a security guard to pay for school. Andres ran away from the police because he was scared; he was shot multiple times on his back. Police say that they didn’t know he was a security guard because he wasn’t wearing a uniform?! Whether he had a gun or not, a fleeing suspect is not an immanent threat if no one else is around & he is running away!
