The ‘peace lines’ that divide up Belfast run, in some areas, higher than the Berlin Wall.
Constructed during the late 60s and early 70s to reduce violent conflict between Catholic republicans and unionist Protestants, the walls remain a contentious feature of the city’s landscape.
For photographer @EndaBowe, these long winding lines of corrugated metal sheeting and wire fencing are enmeshed in what it means to be from Belfast.
