This is About Humanity is teaming up with @thelittlemarket and @mystoryplace to raise a $10,000 matching grant to support LGBTQ+ partner shelters & community centers at the U.S.-Mexico border. The LGBTQ+ community is disproportionately turned away from receiving critical services at the border. Due to discrimination, when a family with an LGBTQ+ member arrives at most shelters, the entire family is turned away from refuge. As a result, the entire family looks to LGBTQ+ shelters for a safe space, as these are inclusive of all backgrounds.
