Although I had to hide from you all at the time I was pregnant and felt exhausted.🤮😂 I’ve been reposting in my stories a lot recently of people who were getting the book during lockdown, who are loving the plan and people who still years on have continued to feel Great from it! It means so much, I cannot thank you enough! The main message in my book is that looking good means nothing if you don’t feel good and aren’t happy. Posing in our bikinis but feeling hungry with low self esteem & mentally drained is pointless. Don’t do it!! Train for your health and let the physical results be the side bonus of that.
