Do these 8 moves back to back with no breaks in between and they’ll leave you feeling lit up 😅 10 reps each exercise 💥
1. Toe taps (note the active press of the arms into the floor)
2. Head lifted toe taps
3. Single leg circles with head lifted - 5 circles in each direction then change leg
4. Crunch to extension
5. Head lifted twister (enjoy this one 😈)
6. Single leg lower to hip lift with head lifted. 10 reps each leg
7. Criss Cross
8. Hip Lifts - 10 straight reverse, 10 zig zag. Keep feet close to butt the whole time!
