In 1991, Dr. Teer wrote a "Letter to the Future" as an invitation to its readers to build a world that is rooted in the beauty of true equity and parity. ⁣This is the work of #NBT — creating and holding space for over half a century for Black artists to radically write and dream their way into the future, beyond surviving. ⁣
