Fellow animal lover & rescuer @roselyn_sanchez sent us a post regarding a shaggy Sato recently dumped on the beach in Manati, Puerto Rico. We then contacted the woman who posted the photo & coordinated to take the shaggy dog. She informed us of these 5 puppies in the same area in need of rescue. Our Team members @g.ggc_ & @just.somedogs drove to the beach today ready to rescue the dog from the post but instead only found the puppies. @puertorrican.paws led the team straight to them. The only puppy that they were able to rescue is the brindle puppy in the first photo. The other ones ran away. I wanted to let you all know that we will be returning for the original shaggy dog tomorrow & the rest of the puppies if possible. In order to rescue we need volunteers, funds & foster homes. We wish we could help them all but our partners at @lovesanimalrescue does so much heavy lifting & 90% of the time ends up fostering all of the dogs we take on as a team because of lack of foster homes (hogares temporarios). I will introduce the latest member of the #ASLAR team (Adventure Satos Loves Animal Rescue) tomorrow in part two.
