Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain brings to European eyes the incessant and ongoing fight for human rights by the Yanomami indigenous population in Brazil, documented by and advocated for by Claudia Andujar since the early '70s.

Speaking to Thyago Nogueira, director of the Contemporary Photography Department at the Instituto Moreira Salles, we were granted a rare insight into the photographer behind such a pivotal body of work and the devastating effects on the Yanomami community.
