I made a video sharing my experience with a colicky baby which I’ve linked in my bio👆 We spent so many hours reading and watching videos and I’m so happy I finally reached out for her from a professional @thesleepingbabyroutine Ive shared what’s helped us, but I highly recommend if you’re able to ask for help from an expert or a loved one with experience - it’s not easy right now with covid, but we worked remotely and writhing 3 days we went from 2 hours sleep max in the night to 5 and it’s still improving. The screaming and crying has dissipated and we are all in much better moods hahaha. I’ll link @thesleepingbabyroutine book too, which I read front to back in 24hours. The biggest takeaway for me was that you cannot write off your baby as colicky. Maybe you have a more vocal or impatient baby like us😋 but if they’re screaming, rigid, not sleeping all night etc there is an underlying issue (usually digestive) and “colic” is a symptom. I really hope the video helps - or at least let’s you know you’re not alone - it’s hard and it’s ok to break down and you seriously are doing amazing and it does get better!
