Deep inside the cave with very little light, one wall had a section of smooth blue ice with abstract shapes, reminding me of ocean waves. I decided to create an abstract image by using 70 mm focal length to only including the ice shapes on the the wall and not showing the ice cave ceiling or floor. I used a polarizer and rotated while watching the glare and reflections from the water on the shiny ice diminish, then took the shot."
