I believe there’s no “food rules”- you should always listen to your body! sometimes your own mind gets in the way of making a healthy choice for you. when I’m having a hankering for something sweet in the middle of the day but want to make a healthy choice I go for my @skinnydipped 🥰 my favorite flavor are these Salted Caramel Cashews! the best part is they always satisfy my chocolate craving but I feel good after eating them - they are a snack I truly love made with real ingredients. a sweet treat with way less sugar than candy or chocolate.
