The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited the @nationalgallery.
Some changes have been made to the Gallery to prioritise visitor and staff safety, such as three, one-way art routes with social distancing measures; enhanced cleaning regimes and hand sanitizer stations; and face coverings recommended.
In Gallery 21, The Duchess caught a glimpse of the newly restored ‘Equestrian Portrait of Charles I’ by Anthony van Dyck. 🎨🐎 The monumental work has been off display for over two years undergoing conservation.
Newly reopened after a 21-month refurbishment project, Her Royal Highness also visited Gallery 32.
