I understand that #ChallengeAccepted originally started several years ago, and now posts are increased aiming to bring awareness for Femicides in Turkey. I accept it not for me, but for murdered women.

My home country Japan has one of the highest rates of female homicide victims in the world. Anyone could say “It’s totally free for water, safety, and cleanliness here” at the same society where I’d been sexually harassed and almost killed in crowded trains every morning since I was 6 years old. Nuns kindly taught us pupils that women are much sinful than men, so I questioned again and again to myself, “Is that a punishment for my fault?” And my answer is always NO. HELL NO, as I wrote in my books. Nobody must be died or killed one’s heart because of sexist predators.

Meet the survivors of this damnable world. All females, all in black and white, and some might be murdered in future just because they were women. It’s not a fire on the other side of the river. We are still burning. It should be stopped right here right now.

自分に回ってくるまで「女友達を指名してイケてる白黒写真を貼る」ハッシュタグだと思ってた。性差別が根深い国ではフェミサイド（性別を理由に女性を標的とした殺人）が増す。肌身に染みて実感しますね。BlackoutTuesday同様、投稿を増やすなという声も挙がっているので、ここで止めておきます。
