Something that really strikes a chord with me are these words: Before you act, listen. Before you react, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. I like to think this is how I live my life and I’m thankful to have been raised by such conscientious and loving parents. We can always try our best, try to make the right choices and put love and kindness above all else. Sadly you can’t change how people treat you, nor what they say about you, but you can choose how you react to it. Do so with love, light and peace in your heart.
