If you know me, I’m not a brunch person at all, and it has been ages since I’ve made anything brunch-y! However, I’ve been overruled for dinner tonight, I wanted pho, and the fam wanted brunch or brinner. So here it is, Gooma’s French Toast and all the accoutrements! Recipe from @paulfrankwang which I must say, is simply perfect. 👍🏽 You’ll want to make it for sure! Kid approved, especially when the toast was slathered with peanut butter, maple syrup and topped with bacon. Am hoping brinner won’t be a thing, but after today I’m kinda thinking it will be. 😆
