Snippets from today’s session! I was feeling a bit off this morning. A little bit “blurrhh” As a mum it’s important for me to always try and be in the best head space not just for me, but because I know Mia and Gorka both feed off my energy. We have a happy, loud, beautiful, chaotic, dog barking home life and that’s how I’d like to keep it. I know that to be able to be my best in my home and work life, I need to train! I need to sweat, and grunt, release those happy hormones and have that “me time” I instantly felt better after my session. It was like a light switch! It’s amazing what movement does for your mind. Anything from weights, a run, yoga, something that’s just about YOU. Self care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary! Everyone has some form of personal therapy, mine is exercise. 💪🏼❤️
