Part of me kept telling myself my body likely couldn’t go further and another part of me knew that with years of not fuelling it enough and loving it properly, I was probably right. I got the idea back in May from @rozannapurcell and the @togetherapartwerun to train for a virtual 1/2 marathon. With living alone during a pandemic, spending just over the last year healing my relationship with my body and loving any excuse to cross something off my bucket list I decided to create a training schedule and give it a go.
