You better believe they are getting doused with my basil vin because it’s the right move! #Lightlife  For the Skewers:  1 package Lightlife Plant-Based Bratwursts  2 cups Mini Bell Peppers  1 Red Onion, cut into wedges  For the Basil Vinaigrette: 1 shallot roughly chopped 2 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves stems removed (about 4 ounces) 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon kosher salt  Combine all the ingredients for the basil vinaigrette in a high-powered blender and blend for 60 seconds until very smooth. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately. Or you can refrigerate the vinaigrette for up to 3-5 days.  Cook the Plant-Based Bratwursts according to the package directions. Once cooked and cooled, cut the brats into bite sized pieces and skewer with the red onion and baby bell peppers. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and grill over a medium high flame until charred. For the Skewers:
1 package Lightlife Plant-Based Bratwursts
