Finally back with 15 min abs! If you missed the live, here’s the workout we did.

- Plank hold: 30 sec.
- Plank rocks: 20.
- Plank jump in to bent knees: 10.
- Plank to push up position: 20.
- ⭐️ Push up position (jump in with a twist): 10.
- ⭐️ Side plank (elbow to knee, fingers to toes): 10.
- ⭐️Push up position (knee in then kick): 10.
- ⭐️ Push up position (kick twists): 10.
- Arch ups: 20.
- Arch rocks: 20.
