The next one I’ll be posting here will be the sixth of twelve episodes. This film project was my trial in exploring how far I could go in generating entertaining creative expressions with my otaku geekiness in full throttle. The most important factor in the production process was the production design, and with Part 2, we made a big advancement in that regards with the participation of a creator by the name of JNTHED. Thanks to him, I got to unleash my mecha otaku tendency; I would have vague images that I could’t concretely visualize in detail on my own, so he patiently stuck with me to draw out all the details. In Episode 6, we will show you the processes of production design and filming of Ziggurat, the haven of evil in the film, including its energy extraction device, inverse Tower of Babel, and the structure’s core system. You will be seeing JNTHED’s designs and sketches by other staff members involved. めめめのくらげ2 マハーシャンクのバックステージビデオを連投させてもらってますけど、編集もいよいよ後半戦。次回、公開されるのは全12回の6回目となります。この映画製作のプロジェクトは僕のオタク気質を全開にして、どこまでエンタメ的な表現が出来るのだろうか？のトライでした。その製作プロセスで一番大事な部分はプロダクションデザインで、2では、JNTHEDというクリエーターの参加で大きく前進しました。僕のメカオタク部分の解放です。僕1人だと、ぼんやりしたイメージはあっても、詳細まで詰め切れるビジョンが無いところを、ずっと付き合って描いてくれたのが彼です。ep6では、ストーリーの中の悪の巣窟である、ジグラットと言う組織内のエネルギー抽出装置、逆バベルとコアシステムあたりのプロダクションデザインのプロセスと撮影を放映しますが、ココでは、JNTHEDのデザインや、関わったスタッフのスケッチを紹介します。」8月19日 4時35分
