Working out postpartum is tough enough so I’m sharing my 3 fave cardio moves you can do a minute of each and repeat 3 times for a quick under 10mins full body workout.
1. Side Step High Knees
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Squat Jump Floor Taps
I have NOT been consistent with working out, finding the time - and energy is hard. But when I do, I’m reminded how nourishing moving my body is. And I’m still in awe that it’s only been a few months since I pushed an actual baby out👀
