Importance of Space Planning after Corona:
Due to the dynamic requirements of a modern lifestyle and also Corona’s impact on our lifestyles, architects and designers are now faced with a more complex spatial distribution, trying to reflect the requirements, hobbies, concerns of safety, and preferences by each client. The traditional separation of common areas, rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms no longer works. Digitalization and Corona made people work from home, which made designers create homes with special work areas that are integrated into the design of the house. Urban interiors are becoming integrated – in addition to traditional spaces for recreation, entertainment, and everyday activities, a new space is needed for work, creative inspiration, and also safety.

コロナ後の空間デザインの重要性： 現代のライフスタイルの劇的な変化そしてコロナが私たちのライフスタイルに与える影響によって、建築家とデザイナーは、より複雑な空間作りをすることに直面しています。各クライアントによる個別の要望、趣味、安全性や好みを反映していかなければなりません。共有エリア、部屋、キッチン、バスルームなどの従来のような分離は機能しなくなってきました。デジタル化とコロナにより、人々は家から仕事をするようになり、デザイナーは統合された特別な作業/仕事ができる家をデザインするようになってきています。アーバンインテリアはより一層統合されたものになってきています。レクリエーション、エンターテインメント、日常活動のための従来のスペースに加えて、仕事、創造的なインスピレーション、そして安全のために新しいスペースが必要であり、そのデザインが重要になってきています。
