長きにわたり、日本のナイトシーンに関わってきた、ヒメさんこと臼杵晶子さんの活動です。

今回は私もQAに参加しておりまーす💗

日本のナイトシーンで活躍する女性たちの組織です。特にクラブシーンの様々なポジションで働く女性たちが、それぞれの意見を発信し、聞き、シェアできる環境やきっかけを作りそれぞれの意識の向上を図りより楽しいナイトシーンを作ることを目標とします。2017年9月、当時のAMSTERDAM 夜の市長MIRIK 氏により 開催された女性会議 CHICKS ON AMISSION に代表の #AKIKOUSUK が参加したことがきっかけで全ては始まりました。中心メンバーには#NAZCHRIS、#MIMISHIMADA を含む3名で構成されています。 ナイトシーンの安全性などの課題にも女性の目線ならではの提案をしていきたいと考えます。
COAMT is an organization of women who are active in the Japanese night scene. This is founded to create an environment that can raise awareness and create a fun night scene, in particular for women working in various positions in the club scene so they can listen, voice and share their opinions. In September 2017, AKIKO USUKI, the representative of AKIKO USUKI, participated in the women's conference CHICKS ON AMISSION held by Mirik Milan, the mayor of AMSTERDAM at the time. The central member consists of 3 members including NAZ CHRIS and MIMI SHIMADA. It is our aim to create proposals unique to women's perspectives on issues, such as the safety of the night scene.
