Events where my thoughts were defeated by my emotions, emotions I didn’t know how to control nor navigate through. These scars are from my attempts in HS. I suffered through these thoughts as a teen, as a young adult and at the age of 32. 2020 has been a heavy year personally & worldwide for all of us. Fully aware of where my thoughts go during painful moments, I took action. I promised my mother & father that I would seek professional help during this pandemic. Taking action was the greatest act of self love I have ever done. ITS OK NOT TO BE OKAY! It’s okay to seek help. It’s okay to talk about it. Mom , Dad I’m sorry i took my life for granted those times, I want u to know that I’m so blessed for the life u have given me. I truly hope this post helps whoever is reading this.
