Regret starting to seep in. Ercan is starting to get on my tits. Bottles of lucozade nailed = 2. - Mile 20: Blisters EVERYWHERE. Losing the will to continue- when will I learn?!! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️😩 Morale at an all time low at Pattison HQ, Hate ercan (he wouldn’t give me a piggy back.) 3 chocolate bars in. (Fine, 4 chocolate bars.) - Mile 26 (felt like Mile 126), little toes swollen up the size of big toes and resemble croissants, soul destroyed, have somehow gained a spot, hate everyone, look 86 years old, feel 86 years old. Hate everyone. (Did I mention that?!) Want my mam. I dare someone to try and take these crisps from me. 😂😩🤦🏻‍♀️🐷 😂😂😂😂😂 well guys all jokes aside, that was an incredibly tough day! According to my strava we walloped around 28miles and 60,000 steps, my little toes have blisters the size of saucepans on them and I feel as though this is the nail in the coffin for my relationship with my pinky toes. (I don’t blame them, I’ve put them through enough!) But I wouldn’t have changed it for the world!! I am so proud to have been a part of The London 10 peaks challenge with @metro.co.uk to raise money for @thehygienebank!! For those of you who aren’t familiar with their work they provide families living in poverty with the basic essentials to live. Every mother should be able to keep her child clean, every man should be able to brush his teeth in the morning and every woman should have access to sanitary products! @thehygienebank make this a reality and for that I will continue to stand by them and support what they do.
