I moved house, started a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course, kept busy every evening, and of course prepared to launch my new baby @mysmartskin that launches on Friday. I absolutely hadn’t planned the timing, but sometimes if you feel motivated to do it all, just go for it. I for one felt like I needed to really make the most of that energy (although I am now left staring at a new flat full of boxes that need unpacking).
