his recipe for “The Clammah” earned him a top spot in Surfline’s inaugural Spirit of Surfing Cuervo Challenge. He got the votes, the bragging rights, and oh yeah, a trip to the Surf Ranch. “Mine would be different, I knew that,” said Chad. “I just needed to get enough votes to get it noticed. And that became the hard part.”
