This is the longest I’ve ever stayed in one place (for the most part). I have gone through a wide range of emotions, at first I felt anxious, completely trapped, and out of control. But then, as time went by, my cadence slowed down. I learned to sink into “home”. For me, home was always where I packed and unpacked my suitcase, it was always that middle ground that I could pop in and out of. I’ve learned in these last few months, that home is something you create. It’s the people you meet, the paintings you hang on your wall, the meals you make. It’s a place where life happens a little bit slower, but that’s okay. Lots of things have been learned over these months, but I know if anything I’ve definitely discovered my home. Also FYI, this is in Hawaii but it’s a cute pic so let me have this one 😂
