I designed this program to support women who are looking to regain their strength and fitness after pregnancy and birth. The workouts include low-impact exercises and are short - ranging from 15 to 25 minutes. There are 16 weeks of programming, including four foundation weeks for women who have had a C-section, or experienced other complications during birth.⁣ ⁣ My programs are all about making workouts MORE accessible, they are easy to do but NOT easy on you! I wanted to design programs that can be flexible, and fit into your lifestyle and routine.
