These little cucumber and Turkey roll ups are da 💣💣💣! You can make them vegan friendly by omitting the Turkey and just adding in more veggies! These taste great with pesto instead of hummus as well! Bookmark for game day and Enjoy!!

Directions:
1. Slice cucumber with 2mm setting on mandolin and pat dry
2. Spread hummus or pesto on the cucumber
3. Layer on red pepper, spinach and Turkey slices
4. Roll them up and add a tooth pick to keep them together!
