There are days I eat more than others and it’s based on how I’m feeling - NOT on counting macros or calories so please don’t ask me how many cals or what the macros are for the day - I have no clue 🤷🏻‍♀️. Here are a few ideas for you! . Breakfast: I normally skip this but if I’m training in the afternoon I’ll have something small like Avocado toast and pair it with a fresh pressed juice which I have every morning! I’m usually not too hungry in the mornings which is why this meal tends to be my smallest. As far as supps, you know I always take my multi vitamin pack (link in bio under the supps tab on my website) but I recently started trying the Goddess fat burner (link also in bio) and have found it gives me a bunch of energy so I’m currently loving it in place of pre-workout or coffee! . Post-workout: I’m a huge fruit and smoothie lover so I definitely look forward to this after my workouts! I prefer vegan protein over whey but it’s just personal preference . Lunch: I started reordering @flexpromeals to have on hand bc they are SO convenient when I’m too busy to cook! Snack: Toasted pita with hummus is so simple and easy and quite filling! Add some spices to your hummus to switch it up! . Dinner: I loveeeeee bowls and coming up with new things to toss into them! This bowl is vegan friendly and doesn’t have animal protein but feel free to top with some shrimp 😍 .
