Let’s keep it real😜 In my many years of fitness I don’t think I’ve ever truly worked out at the beach🙈 I have worked out at real beach gyms (Venice Muscle Beach, Tulum Jungle Gym, etc.) but not just hopping around on a beach in a bikini lol. I do skate, bike, walk, run and jog on beach but not these crazy starfish jumps or even circuits with a thong 🤣 Most of the models you see showing you random workouts are just for likes and scenery. It’s hot, sandy, sweaty, salty & for the most part impractical. And honestly some of the workouts I see make me scratch my head🤦🏼‍♀️ Not saying it’s not possible to get a great workout at the beach, I’m just saying personally I’ve never done one for anything other than pretty content because let’s be honest it LOOKS way prettier and and more fun than most gyms Just keeping it real 🤷🏼‍♀️ What are your thoughts 😝
