In our October 2020 issue, world renowned chef @danielboulud gave us a look inside his new and improved kitchen in Westchester, New York. Formerly a galley-style space, Boulud opened up the room to create an airy feel; one that encourages everyone to get in on the action. "I don’t like to have walls separating me from my family or my guests when I cook, so I knocked them down and created a new, open space, absorbing what used to be a small dining room, a den, and a covered terrace that still has its curtain of wisteria," Boulud tells writer @michelehumes. "Our new kitchen is at least three times the size it was before, airy, and full of light." The appliances are by @dacorkitchen, the fittings are by @wtrwrks, the stools are by @serenaandlily, and the cabinets are painted in @benjaminmoore’s Lake Placid.
