My physical therapist, Laura @wavetoolstherapy talks me through the process as she works down the scar tissue from my first of the two surgeries in my right hip (“the scope” in which the surgeon shaved down my femur head and stitched together the shredded labrum). I swear by the wave tool combined with @tiger_balm_us for recovery. Now it’s really helping me with my wadded up unhealthy collagen 🙏🏼
