Wallpower 💥 These two paintings from "Modernités" in Paris pack a punch, and were painted five years apart.

Kazuo Shiraga's electric Chikaisei Shinsanshi dates to 1961, inspired by the heroes in the 14th century Chinese epic The Water Margin. 'Peinture aux forms variables' dates to 1966, and is one of Daniel Buren's first paintings with stripes. Both will be heading to the auction block for the first time.
