The importance of understanding someone’s vision is often overlooked. Whether it be in a business relationship, friendship, or romantic relationship. By seeing someone’s vision you are taking a glimpse into their soul. You are seeing their hopes & dreams. You are understanding where they are coming from based off of where they want to go & HOW they want to get there. A raw glimpse of themselves stripped down. The ‘why’ they want to do what they want to do. What drives them, what motivates them, what changes they want to make on this world & the impact they want to have. Do you want to do things for quick success or are you trying to create generational wealth? Are you seeking to help a greater cause? Leave a place better than when you found it, solve a problem, help a community? By listening to someone’s vision you are understanding who they are at their core. It can be very telling IF you are wanting to listen. If you find those people in your life that want to listen, want to support, want to understand the why’s & how’s....hold on to them.
