Filming @monsterhuntermovie was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had! The locations were epic. The temperatures were so extreme, going from blinding heat to bone shattering cold. The was literally no middle ground for most of the shoot. I can honestly say that this bag of ice was the best thing that happened to me all day!😂This picture and video is from a place called Tankwa. It was a totally flat, rocky desert, with spiders the size of mice who would charge at people in the most threatening way. They were called the Kalahari Ferrari!🥳We later learned that they were doing this because the ground was so hot, they looked at humans as a source of shade and would love nothing more than to crawl up someone’s pant leg to get out of the sun. Goes without saying that everyone learned to tuck their pants in pretty quickly.
