As promised here’s the little circuit ive been doing to help activate my glutes. I find it works for me as a warm up / activation before training lower body. Because that’s all it is, I don’t need to go heavy on the weights. It’s just to wake the bum up shall we say 😂

Reverse lunge with resistance band
Band RDL legs wide
Barbell RDL legs narrow
Hip thrust with resistance band
Single leg box step with dumbbells

I do 12 reps of each and repeat circuit 3x 😊
