How can you incorporate grounding into your wellness routine? When you’re outside (if the weather permits!) you can easily ground yourself by touching the bottoms of your feet, palms of your hands, or entire body to the earth. Walking barefoot in the grass, laying in the sand, or swimming in a body of water are all easy ways to naturally reconnect. 🌎🌱🌊
