UPPER BODY + CORE 🔥

I talked about this on my stories the other day but my current workout split is 2 leg days (one quad focused and one Glute focused) one upper body and core day and one HIIT cardio (boxing) day!
.
I don’t ever work my core on its own and its usually tossed between sets on upper body days or incorporated into the movements like this!
.
Try this workout and save for later! 👇🏻

Slide 1: Sit-up to Shoulder Press x 20 reps
Slide 2: Front Raise to Press x 12 reps
Slide 3: Alternating press with Trunk Rotation x 12 reps each side
Slide 4: V-up to Lateral Raise x 15 reps each side
Slide 5: Hammer curl to Bicep Curl to side bend x 15 reps
Slide 6: High Plank Alternating Tricep extension x 8 reps each arm

Repeat each for 3 rounds!
