I only got bigger n bigger after this stage in my life; and I couldn’t stand looking at myself ... if I’m going to be real ... I HATED myself. My journey to fitness & wellness has been a long one to say the least but I’ve learned so much along the way. I look ay this scared, confused & depressed lil girl hiding behind the big smile with braces 😬 and I just wanna hug her & let her know everything will be OK. That I will take good care of her & that she will grow to do amazing things & help people while in the process. I wish I could tell her that SHE IS LOVE and doesn’t need to worry about finding it thru others.
