I would like to introduce Mioko Yamanouchi of MY Restaurant Consultant LLC. I and Mioko run into few projects and we value each other's work!
She has been part of starting up various restaurants such as popular Italian restaurant, Green Tea café, and Musubi café. The biggest project was Waikiki Yokocho where she helped to bring more than 10 extremely popular Japanese restaurants to Hawaii to open one of a kind Japanese Food Alley. The most recent project was to open Ice Monster in Hawaii which is a famous unique shave ice café from Taiwan.
Her support is not just for opening restaurants but including IT support, M&A, and insurance services which helps clients who need overall support in their business. She is a great help for restaurant owners who wants to open restaurants in Hawaii.
