Two variations of classic exercises: side plank & hamstring slide. For the Banded Hamstring Slide, I wrapped a red power band around my ankle for extra resistance. For the Side Plank Reach Through, I got into a side plank and then reached my arm under my body and back. Both are just a harder variations.
